So even though December was a fun month which consisted of outings for my birthday and Christmas, it was also packed with lots of meals out and drinking! Currently I'm trying to eat more sensibly, up my water intake and partake in some exercise each evening. This month I was contacted by NutriBuddy to see if I would like to try their weight loss starter kit. It couldn't have come at a better time and my package of goodies arrived soon after I accepted.

I haven't set any goals regarding an ideal weight because for me that isn't what it's about. I simply want to feel a difference in myself and not feel like my tummy is bloated. So as for my plan of action, I will be cutting back on sugar and salt, doing YouTube floor exercise videos at home and controlling my portions.
