My Autumn Edit

It’s time for my favourite season all over again! Grab a cosy blanket and an autumnal beverage, let’s dive in!

Legology Air-Lite* £62.00 for 175ml| Available here
So when my legs are tanned and looking moderately average during the summer months, it’s all gravy. Then when autumn hits and the tan fades, they need all the help they can get. During the colder months, my legs don’t see any sunshine and I tend to pay them less attention. Legology have taken the worry out of it for me and ensure that my legs are feeling tip-top whatever the season.

Many years ago I invested in a body brush and gave it up after a short period. I’m firmly back into it and everyday before showering I firmly brush my body, to eleviate any retention and ensure dead skin cells are removed. Air-Lite Daily Lift For Legs is a contouring leg cream that aims to improve their overall appearance.

Air-Lite contains caffeine, lemon, goldenrod and butchersbroom to contour but also lighten, whilst providing an anti-fatigue experience. It’s refreshing, smells fantastic and actually leaves my legs feeling like they’ve had a mini stretch. I don’t know the science behind it all but I’m impressed. It’s also vegan and sulphate free!

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic* £17.00 for 200ml| Available here
This toner is what I’m reaching for everyday, especially now the central heating is drying my already dry skin out even more. It’s packed with hydrating aloe vera, calming calendula extract, soothing chamomile and cooling cucumber. It always leaves my skin feeling refreshed, not stripped of moisture and clean. It’s not overly scented too which I like.

They’ve also returned to the original formula after an outcry from their loyal customers and their old twist-up style packaging which is still made using 50% recycled packaging. As always with Liz Earle, it’s also cruelty free.

Bath & Body Works Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Oil £18.00 for 118ml| Available here
I actually managed to pick this up in the Next sale but I think it’s worth every penny even at full price. It’s highly moisturising and the scent is absolutely enrapturing. Before bed is when I really enjoy applying the oil, it allows me to relax and wind down entirely. There isn’t an overly greasy residue left behind after application. I would change the stopper in the top of the bottle, as it can sometimes pour quickly out of the top. Other than that, this is a must have for reenergising dry skin.

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 JK Magic £29.00 | Available here
This lipstick has been on my lips everyday for the last month, it’s replaced my classic Pillow Talk lipstick as my number one favourite. I love the beautiful packaging, inspired by JK Rowling and you can even purchase a refill for the case once it’s all used up, which I think is fantastic. There is something so special about a CT lipstick, they always elevate a makeup look and feel so luxe.

The shade is a peachy nude and it has a more smoothe, satin formula than my Pillow Talk, which is considerably more matte than this formula. It’s comfortable to wear and I team it with the Charlotte Tilbury Iconic nude lipliner.
